This is a LIVE, results-oriented, challenge - unlike other challenges that sit on your digital shelf collecting dust, this practice group provides daily HW assignments with group sharing and accountability so you are actually implementing what you're learning!


Over the course of the challenge, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the history and impact of whiteness

  • Learn strategies for interrupting and dismantling oppressive systems


  • Develop tools for self-care and healing

FAQs

I'm new and feel called to this container but I'm a little hesitant. How do I decide if this program is right for me?

Witnessing you in this decision-making process. I challenge you to think about your feelings of being called to this space as well as your relationship with the privilege of whiteness. If you are committed to striving to work on yourself, to grow and to heal, this container is for you. If you are recognizing/have recognized that whiteness and racism are systems of harmful dominance, not just individual acts of meanness, this container is for you. If you want to unpack the ways these systems have daily effects of white privilege and have informed your biases, this container is for you.

How long is the Challenge?

5 fun-filled days.

When are the challenge calls?

Monday- Friday from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm AND 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST

Will there be replays available?

Yes, and available for registrants of the challenge for 90 days

Is there a scholarship available?

Unfortunately, we don't have scholarships available for the challenge.

What if I change my mind?

No refunds. But I will always give you my best and show up for you and your dreams!

Will The Challenge be available again?

No plans for another challenge at this time.
